Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This policy explains how MedPrax Market uses personal data when buyers, suppliers, and advertisers use the marketplace.

Information we collect

We collect account and business profile details, RFQ requirements, marketplace messages, quotes, contact-sharing choices, supplier verification documents, listing information, subscription requests, and support communications. We also collect limited interaction and device information needed for security, analytics, attribution, and service improvement.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, match RFQs, operate private conversations, deliver notifications, verify suppliers, enforce marketplace limits, measure sponsored campaigns, prevent fraud, resolve complaints, and improve search and recommendations. Transactional processing does not automatically enroll a user in promotional marketing.

Buyer and supplier sharing

RFQ details are shared only with relevant matched suppliers. Direct email addresses and phone numbers remain hidden in marketplace conversations until both parties choose to reveal them. Once mutually shared, each party is responsible for handling the other party’s information lawfully.

Sponsored campaign reporting

Advertisers receive aggregated campaign measures such as impressions, clicks, RFQ starts, and qualified marketplace actions. We do not provide personal buyer contact details to an advertiser without an explicit buyer action or other lawful basis.

Storage, security, and retention

We use access controls and private storage for supplier compliance material. We retain records only as long as needed for marketplace operation, legal obligations, security, dispute handling, and legitimate business records. Short-lived behavioral analytics may use shorter automated retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You can update account information, decline contact sharing, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. You may withdraw marketing consent without affecting necessary transactional communications. Send privacy requests through the MedPrax contact channel listed on the website.

International use

MedPrax serves users in multiple countries. Applicable privacy rights and transfer requirements may vary by location. Procurement conversations should not include patient records or unnecessary sensitive health information.
