Agree the delivery scope
Ask for packing, freight, insurance, unloading, inside delivery, installation and training to be listed separately. Confirm the delivery address, site access, utility readiness and acceptance process. Estimated lead times are subject to the supplier's written confirmation.
Cross-border purchases
Confirm the importer of record, applicable Incoterms, customs documentation, destination requirements, duties and taxes. A country or city sourcing page does not guarantee local stock, a local office or field-service coverage.
