MedPrax Market
Warranty, returns and cancellation
MedPrax Market facilitates enquiries and quotations. The seller and the written agreement determine the terms for the equipment you purchase.
Before accepting a quotation
Confirm the contracting seller, exact configuration, warranty provider, warranty duration, start date, covered parts, labour and travel charges, exclusions, installation conditions and claims process. Ask about response times, spare-part availability and AMC or CMC options.
Returns and cancellation
Ask the seller to state whether cancellation, return or exchange is available, the applicable period, any approval requirements, restocking or transport charges and how customized, installed or sterile equipment is handled. Record these terms before ordering. A marketplace listing does not establish a universal return period or refund entitlement.
Damage or a service concern
Retain the quotation, invoice, serial number, delivery record and relevant photographs. Notify the contracting seller using the agreed process. You can also contact MedPrax for help routing a marketplace concern.
Marketplace role
See our Terms of Service. If MedPrax is the contracting seller under a separate agreement, refer to that agreement and the corporate refund and cancellation policy. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
